Ideal for regular maintenance (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Keeps your home tidy and hygienic.

Recommended for homes that haven’t been cleaned in a while or need extra attention.
Includes: everything in Standard Cleaning plus baseboards, vents, tile scrubbing, disinfection of high-touch areas, and cleaning under/behind furniture (when accessible).

Includes: everything in Deep Cleaning plus inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, closets, and window interiors.

In contrast, a regular cleaning focuses on maintaining general tidiness and hygiene.
Yes, as long as we have availability. While we recommend booking in advance, we also accept emergency cleanings when our schedule allows.
Yes. We can work in occupied or partially furnished spaces as long as the areas are accessible and safe to work in. We tailor the service based on the level of occupancy, although we do not move heavy or delicate objects.
Absolutely. We adjust the time and price according to the size of the space, so you only pay for what’s necessary.
It’s not required. You can grant us access with full confidence. If you prefer, we can send photos once the job is completed so you can verify the results.
Yes. We use our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you’d like us to use specific products for personal or medical reasons, we’re happy to accommodate.
Yes. NovaSpark Cleaning Services is covered by general liability insurance to protect both your property and our team.
We require a deposit of 30% to 50% to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Zelle, bank transfers, PayPal, cash, or check. Commercial clients may request NET 7, 15, or 30 payment terms.
